PROCESS

Initial consultation with the prospective client to assess chemistry and ensure alignment for trust and open communication.

 

On as needed basis to create awareness:

• Consultation with the manager and HR partner to identify key success factors for the role and potential challenges the leader/executive may face (if needed).

• Evaluation of the leader/executive using client interviews and assessment tools (if applicable).

• Interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights on expectations, company culture, potential obstacles, and other relevant factors (if necessary).

• Development of a written action plan (if applicable).

•  Meeting with the leader/executive, manager, and HR partner to align on the action plan (if needed).

•  Regular check-ins with key stakeholders to assess progress and provide updates on the leader/executive’s development (if     required)

• Observation and coaching of the leader/executive in interactions with their team, when necessary.

• Personalized coaching tailored to the leader/executive’s needs.

• Evaluation of progress at the conclusion of the engagement and planning for future steps.
